Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://arm2cleanva.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Arm 2 Clean reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Arm 2 Clean markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Arm 2 Clean and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arm 2 Clean makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Arm 2 Clean's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Arm 2 Clean from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. VA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of VA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Arm 2 Clean may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
